After more than a decade of running everything from 5Ks to 100-mile races, I’ve learned it’s not about being the fastest — it’s about moving smart and staying injury-free. I've helped all kinds of people, from first-timers to seasoned runners, and the biggest mistake I see is trying to do too much, too fast. I believe with steady training and a little patience, anyone can fall in love with running (and maybe even surprise themselves with how far they can go).
